The program will include discussion of preventing falls through areas of deteriorated decks, skylights and roof openings, pertinent OSHA standards, employee and employer rights during an OSHA investigation, provisions to include in subcontracts, steps to take when working with subcontractors, and implementing policies and practices to avoid or vacate OSHA citations based on your company’s commitment to safety.
